This unique 1950's bach is situated on its own large elevated section, is fully self-contained with open plan kitchen/dining and a log burner for cosy winter nights. There are three bedrooms, a deck with expansive views, easy access to beach and township facilities.

.Kitchen includes oven, microwave, fridge and all cooking utensils, complimentary coffee and tea making facilities.

.Lounge Includes extendable table/chairs, TV/DVD and stereo. There is no phone but has mobile coverage and free Internet wireless connection.

.Three Bedrooms sleeps 4, one queen and 2 singles, all linen and towels supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.

.Grounds there is a private lawn, bush setting with BBQ, off street parking and only 3 minutes easy stroll to the beach.

.Local Amenities includes 2 cafes, and hotel for morning and evening meals, post office, country golf course, boat ramp, museum and garage.

This spacious fully self contained accommodation in the upper level Tourist Flat offers expansive sea views, is open plan living with two bedrooms carpeted throughout and has a log burner for cosy winter nights. It has its own private entrance, off street parking and is situated on a large section with outdoor furniture. Only two minutes walk to beach and local amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay @ bach54 - it was well appointed, had everything we wanted, was quiet and private, beautiful location and environment and was incredibly good value for all of this - and it was just what we were looking for. The only regret we had is that we wished we had another 5 days there!!

This beautiful place has become my second home. The views, gentle hosts and ambience have allowed my Creative-Muse to quietly return, for which I will be forever grateful. This sanctuary, for me, is a very Spiritual and restorative space: the sound of the sea, beach walks and the frequent visits to the garden by Tui and other birds, make it even more special. I am a regular visitor, and stay for over a week every time. I love it.

We stumbled upon a real little jewel of a place to stay overnight called Bach54. Upon being shown our individual guest house, we were surprised to find it overlooked the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend Bach54 to all our friends. Canadian guests

LOVED Bach54....absolutely quiet and calming. I took some CDs and DVDs up but blissed out on utter silence, with just the birdsong and the sea for company. It is the most peaceful place I've ever retreated to. Thanks once again.
